Just checking in after a long week. I'm still at 182.5. I'm OK with that do a small degree. Work has gotten busy so my workouts are shorter. Same
for this week. Ive also been on a couple of lunch meetings and that makes it hard. Either way, I'm still off my goal but still focused. I have a 5
mile run this satruday that I'm hoping to finish in 45 minutes.
How is everyone else?

Now we're headed back in the right direction... down 3 to 284.
Even though my actual weight loss so far hasn't been great, I know I'm eating much better, so that makes me good. Lots of water, more vegetables,
less junk, more fruit, smaller portions. What I really need to do is get on the exercising.

Gained 2 pounds, back up to 264. Considering I was on reading week last week and didn't do much but sit on my ass and drink, that ain't too bad.

I weighed myself today and I'm now at 181. Weird.
