Song 3 is moderately fast. If you know time signatures, most punk is in 2/4 and most rock is in 4/4. The rhythm to this song during the verse is 3/4.
But breaks into a 2/4 count during the chorus. With the guitars accenting on the third count during the verse.
I would say it is late 80s early ninties. The sound resembles what some people call "youth crew". The vox remind me of a clean singing civ (GB days),
but it is not GB.
