Before a workout, try getting a smoothie in you, is that possible? make it with fruit and whey protein about 45 minutes before you lift. If you have
the means, take a pre-work out supplement like NO-Xplode 15 minutes before you lift. Immediately after lifting, whack down another smoothie. Keep
your smoothies under 16 ounces as well.
To really bulk up, get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight every day. If you are 170 and looking to bulk up, try to get 200 grams.
