I'm down to 181.4. Took a big "Deuce" after so I'm going to go with 181 for this week.
How is everyone doing? Is there any type of new info I can provide you all?
Just let me know.
I ran a 5 mile St. Pat's Run over the weekend. Struggled because of a chest cold but finished at 47:00 even. I also had to briefly stop and take a
piss in a neighborhood bar.
Thanks!BDx13 - 3-13-2006 at 02:51 PM

I actually said hi to the guy who owns it. He is married to the girl I dated in highschool and on through part of college. long story there but I
didn't stay long. I had to get back to the race. People were freaked out in the bar a little. They kept yelling, "get back out there!"
I'm also off the sauce for now. BD, I swear. Man, I could have used a cold one though. That would have been great.

Stayed the same again. Damn frustrating.CR83 - 3-15-2006 at 03:53 PM
Stick to it Discpline. Everyone slows down. You can't escape it. Just get moving and watch what you eat. None of this is easy.
Go get 'em!crazyfists28 - 3-15-2006 at 05:50 PM
i give you all alot of credit, were half way into march and everyone seems motivated, but its true, there is a plateau that you reach and then its a
slow climb so hang in there...CR83 - 3-16-2006 at 05:00 PM
