Fer those who bought the AF dvd

Did yours come in a dvd case or a cd case? I ordered directly from Nuclear Blast and mine came in a cd case. It has all the artwork and shit, but just cd-sized rather than regular dvd.

Got mine yesterday. In a DVD case with the bonus cd. Got mine thru Amazon. I have to say, they did a hell of a job on this. It is without a doubt one of the best Hardcore live DVDs ever. I would say the best ever, but the Sheer Terror DVD is still my favorite.

I saw it for sale at the local record shop today, it was in a CD case and in with the rest of the CDs instead of the DVDs.

Now I have a question for all of you who have seen it. I'm very picky about what style of AF I enjoy, is the performance on here all done in this metal style like the new record or is it standard AF style? And since they play songs from a bunch of different albums with very different sounds, do they stay true to the sound of each record? If so, is the set still dominated by the metal stuff?

DaveMoral - 3-24-2006 at 07:53 PM

I don't think any of it sounds exactly like any record in particular. Each song sounds appropriate in my opinion.

JawnDiablo - 3-24-2006 at 08:27 PM

it was good and tight all the way through. each song sounded like it should. best AF footage ive ever seen, and the interviews are good as well
