Today I finally started......

4 sets of 1 minute jumping jacks
4 sets of 30 bench presses with only the 44 pound olympic bar
4 sets of 10 pushups
2 sets of 10 arm curls witht he 44 pound bar
Running tonight after class at the local highscool around 11 pm. Anyone in the area join me..... Kidding


then more lumping jacks and now I will do some situps...

For this set I listened to NO INNOCENT VICTIM flesh and blood and POWERHOUSE no regrets


I am pumped and I feel good. I'm an idiot for not following through with this at the beginning of the year.

Clevo this is so fucking great! Great job. This helps inspre us all. Keep us posted on your progress Bud.

One suggestion- try other ab exercises besides situps. Just change it up a little. You are doing great.
