I quit smoking once (my dumb ass started again after a year though). For me it seemed like the first three days were the worst... then after that it
was more of a mental addiction instead of a physical one. I had to cut a few things out for awhile like ... coffee, beer (stuff that makes you want
to smoke more).
I need to stop smoking too, it costs to much and it can kill you.
