Spike Cassidy, Founder, Long Time Guitarist of D.R.I. was diagnosed with Cancer, and underwent sugery recently to remove it. He will be starting
months of radation and chemo-therapy soon.
All tours and shows have been canceled. You can help spike and his family with your donations to :

that really sux one of the best hardcore guitarist ever,and a houston legend...i feel for him,his family,and hope to have him back to thrashing soon..

DRI wewre one of my favorite bands as a young hardcore metal geek. recently ive been listenin to all that old stuff, and i saw that today and was like

This is terrible. Cancer is terrible. I wish the best for him and his family. They were finally getting everything back together with the band and had
a huge tour going. Just terrible.
