well it's not bad....
it sounds like most of the newer metal stuff coming out and being played on hard attack
so it should do well with todays metal buying crowd

and the mp3 didn't have a gay emo singing part like alot of the newer stuff out

but as I like a lot of older metal I don't like the current state of metal
there are very few tonal differances and very few dynamics as far as the song writting goes
everyone today has the same dropped tune mushy tone and chug parts...
so it makes everything out there boring as fuck....
you can't tell 1 band from the other...

you can easily tell slayer from iron maiden from anthrax from dri...

but who am I...
hope they do well for you guys

I hope THORP make money off this. I have never heard of them. Ascension was terrible. So was Chimairia(spelling)
