Week 19, Let me hear ya!

OK, I'm at 180 even. I'm down .5. I ate like shit since Thursday but I worked out 6 times last week. This will be a similar week.

How's everyone else?

OK.. so I did good, then bad, then good, then bad... Well Im still feeling like shit mentally, but I AM back on a diet and seem to be (for the time being) on track. I ended up gaining weight again and I was up to 221 which is pretty bad because Im only about 5'8" or so. I carry it well and dont look that heavy, but its still to much weight.

Anyway, I started back up 2 weeks ago and in 2 weeks Im down 5 pounds to 216. I want to get down to 165, but thats my ultimate goal. My short term goal is getting under 200. I NEED to do this this time!!

Set some attainable short term Goals Honus. Give yourself some easy wins then make it tougher. Shit man, set it up where you don't eat after 8. Do that for a week and celebrate with a Coke. Make it easy at first then get tough on yourself. You can do it. Trust me.

I do have a series of goals. Im at 16 now. 209 is my next goal. then it will be 199. Then we will see from there, but probably just in incriments of 10 hopefully down to 165-170.
