Thorp and Sailor's Grave Board

I was in Toronto this weekend

My first trip to TO. What an extremely diverse city. It was amazing. One thing I noticed is that service at restaurants is much slower then it is in the states. Just a different pace I guess. Canadians seem just so welcoming. They are great.

My hockey team made it to the finals of our tourney. We lost to Philly 7-5. I now hate Philly. Just kidding....or am I?

I had nothing to do with the Terror Arrests. I swear.

did you see the terrorists?

CR83 - 6-5-2006 at 09:50 AM

No I missed them. I actually only heard about it from my wife when I was talking to her on the phone. No one at the rink was even talking about the whole thing. It was odd.

One of the terrorists that was arrested on Friday lives around the corner from me.

That is fucking crazy man. Whoa.

that's fucked. you never know where you'll find 'em. some of the 9/11 terrorists stayed at and raised money in a mosque right around the corner from where we lived in brooklyn. it's hard to consider people neighbors with shit like that goin' down right under your nose.

A few of my friends were bored the other day and decided to go break into cars and in one car they found a million or so in brand new dinars (Iraq's currency) , several knives, combat training books, and a slew of other odd shit.

BDx13 - 6-17-2006 at 09:59 AM

...then promptly made an anonymous call to police, i hope?

i just did a currency conversion on xe.com and that works out to $678 US. wow, they must have robbed a bank. how many rednecks have a gun in their truck (let alone a knife), and as far as I know having a combat book isn't illegal yet. the only thing illegal i've noticed in your post is your scumbag friends breaking into people's cars. i've been robbed a few times in my life as well as having had my car broken into. as much as i enjoy shelling out a few hundred bucks of my hard earned money to help peoples boredom, i hope they get what's coming to them.

Yeah its nothing I approve of. I'm waiting for them to try and exchange it. Two whiteboys bringing in that much foreign currency is really suspicious.

There was some kid like 3-4 years ago in St. Catharines who was arrested as an alleged terrorist, some dude named mohammed. He went to high school with us, was in classes with my cousins & lived next door to a friend.
No idea if he was found guilty of anything. He was a strange lookin dude though haha.

On the morning news I saw city's with the best manners in the world.

Toronto was 3rd in the list. Fucked if I can find the damn list though.
