Ian's brother, Alec MacKaye, singer of fellow DC hardcore legends, The Faith. And, the famous photo lived on and reappeared as the cover to the Minor
Threat "s/t" LP and later as the cover to the Minor Threat "Complete Discography" CD and has become one of the most recognizable images in the
hardcore punk scene.
