I went to the beach today and was outside for a few hours but I ate lunch. I have a burn, but its not horendous. I felt fine all day there and got
home fine. I took a shower sat around for awhile and then a couple hours later I started to feel sick. Dizzy, light headed and sick to my stomach.
Oddly I also feel like I have a sore throat.

This happened to me a few years ago while working in a hot ass warehouse....my skin was burning hot,but I felt like I was freezing
inside,shaking....my head was hurting,I was throwing up and felt dizzy...but I was fine a couple of hours later,after drinking lots of water and
resting.

was terrible. I am blessed with working in Air conditioned/ humidity controlled areas due to the nature of my job. lus allot of time in friges and
freezers. Working in this shit used to suck. I dont know how my friends who are tradesmen put up with it.
