it's nearly midnight on a friday, and discipline and voodoo are buying each other rounds, exchanging jabs, slappin' backs, tormenting patrons, and gettin' sloppier as they go. you two may as well be on bar stools next to one another.

Should start a Corner Bar Forum. Kinda like the Hate thread, but you're only allowed to post there when your loaded. Or feeling saucy in the case of the sx'ers and other non drinkers.

This thread actually prompted me to buy some rum and a bottle of chianti on saturday night. I opened the chianti and had a few glasses. Before I knew it the bottle was gone and I was toasty. I woke up at 4 AM face down on the couch with AMC on and a slight headache. Shoulda made a thread, but I guess this post will have to suffice.

Getting drunk alone feels weird.

Apparently the Mrs. called from work that night (3rd shift nurse), but I was passed out and didnt wake up when the phone rang. I didnt tell her I drank the bottle. I hid the evidence before she got home.

My girlfriend doesn't drink anymore and since I don't go out much I drink alone all the time. Doesn't bother me. I just get lit up and watch Buffy The Vampire Slayer.
