Of course Im not sure if this is even possible since I have no idea how this music biz works, but I can tell ya that people will buy that shit and I
bet you've got some connections to SOIA through Ironbound NYC!
I envision this dvd being similar to the Sheer Terror dvd. Interviews that chronicle the history of the band followed by live footage. Standard
shit, but man... since seeing SOIA on Sunday I cant stop thinking about how awesome a dvd would be!clevohardcore - 9-20-2006 at 02:51 PM
I saw the vhs they put out back about 8 years ago I think. I never got it becasue i don't ahve a vcr anymore. I figured they would release it on dvd
but never have. Seriously SOIA need a dvd of the history of this band. They are legends.
I am getting my tix for the 28th today. Even if I get in free I am not gambling on it. I always look forward to a SOIA show. they never let you down.moron - 9-20-2006 at 02:53 PM
I honestly had no idea they put out a vhs before. What was on it?BDx13 - 9-20-2006 at 03:08 PM
It's called "The Story So Far", from 98 I think.
I don't have it, but I do have the one with them, AF and GB that was taped at the Ritz.moron - 9-20-2006 at 03:12 PM
Man, so does that make my idea pointless? crap. Maybe I should have researched a bit more before making this proposal.JawnDiablo - 9-20-2006 at 03:18 PM
cool idea though....BDx13 - 9-20-2006 at 03:46 PM
nah, it's a good idea. they deserve something like that, but having it now, for their 20th, would have been the way to go.JawnDiablo - 9-20-2006 at 04:45 PM
I've had Built To Last in my car for the last couple days and i have to admit I forgot what a solid record that was....moron - 9-20-2006 at 05:16 PM

I listened to that album yesterday on the way home, and chased Mrs. Moron around the apartment naked this morning screaming the lyrics to
"Laughingstock". I love that song.
