Fuck the Devil's Advocate

There is this big thing in Phila. this week about a poor guy who was beaten by the cops etc. blah blah blah blah blah. Before any of you bother to go look at this, let me explain a few things: In this country, if a Police officer says to you "sir don't move" guess what you do and don't do? Pretty simple. That is exactly the point of having Police Officers. Even if you haven't done anything and a cop tells you to shut up stand still and stay there put your hands behind your back etc., do it, what is so hard to understand?

A. IF a Police Officer decides to stop you guess what, he needed reasonable suspicion(sp?) or probable cause to do so, well I'm 99.9% sure you gave it to him, even if you don't think so, you might be wearing the same outfit as the guy that just robbed the bank, raped a girl, or killed someone.

B. When the officer does this action, you are not free to leave, you are leagally detained untill the officer let's you go or arrests you. If he let's you go, a report will be written as to why he stopped you specifically requiring what reasonable suspicion he had to stop you. (To cover the cities ass when you try to sue)

C. Police Officers are required by no law to explain at anytime why they stopped you. You have the right to face your acuser in court, not on the street. Hence, if your not arrested, sue, and take it to court and ask why he stopped you, although again I've never heard of a cop who didn't tell anyone why they were pulled over or stopped unless they where a complete asshole and then they can find out when the see a judge. So if your stopped, due what your told and at the end ask why, no cop is obligated to tell you why your being stopped.

D. When a cop tells you to stop or tells you that your being held for investigatory detention, it's not up to you whether you can leave or not, so don't touch (I.E. push flail punch fight) or shit is going to get bad real quick.

A quick side note when you watch this video: I'm only guessing that these cops knew the camera was on them because the strikes being used by them and teh holds etc. are absolute textbook.

Fuck Harry Hairston by the way.

i have no problem with cops
some of my old friends are now cops
its a tough, thankless job.
no matter if you do everything by the book, some asshole is wanting to shit on you for it.
or cry racism
like that ass hole in north philly a few years ago that took the police on a high speed chase shooting at them after he carjacked an old lady at a supermarket. he needed a beating
ive encountered a few dicks, but i was also a punk kid
for the most part theyve always been polite and professional
except Darby Borough Cops and Havertown Cops. they seem to be spawns from hell.
most of the time when ive been in trouble, i deserved it. i got caught. i lost. i was nice about it and they cut me some slack....

Is that you groping the ass of a california rasin in your signature? lol ;)

And I agree with the first post completly. Anytime I am pulled over for anything I pull right the fuck over, don't even go for my license and reg until the cop is there so he doesn't thik anything of me moving in the car. I NEVER understand the people that try getting out of the car when they are pulled over. Do people STILL not know how this works? The world is just filled with morons and a few of em deserve a nice beating.

It's life and death everytime a cop pulls someone over. Put yourselves in their shoes for just a minute, right from the start the detainee has the upper ground. The cop has to come up on you with no weapon at the ready with alot of concealment on your part until he gets close enough to make it too late for him. Scary shit. Cops are heroes in my book, it's a few who discredit the uniform. The same could be said for the military, those Marines in Haditha, if they are guilty, fuck them, they are a disgrace to the Corps and everything it stands for. If not, no one will apologize for the accusations and everything carries on. Same with cops.

upyerbum - 9-22-2006 at 11:42 AM

I've never gotten a speeding ticket and I've been pulled over plenty.
Be cool and so will they, if they're not then they're an asshole and you don't have to be a cop to be an asshole. After all I'm not a cop.

ps- what is going on in your signature Juan?

clevohardcore - 9-22-2006 at 12:19 PM

Nothing like the mob mentality fueled with booze and colt 45 to turn on the law when they are doing there job. Unbelieveable

Cops in that video did nothing wrong. I'm glad the whole crowd didn't decide to jump them though. Fucking idiots that don't listen deserve what they get. I would have hit him twice as hard just for saying Rodney King. Fuck Rodney King, he was no saint and deserved what he got.

I am also in complete agreement with Juan on the Mumia thing. I hope he gets ass raped on a weekly basis.

MyOwnWay - 9-22-2006 at 05:37 PM

Wow Discipline, that got you fired up quick.

Discipline - 9-22-2006 at 05:43 PM

I hate people who don't respect cops. They have a tough job and, while there are some dickhead officers out there, 99.9% of cops are good people trying to do a hard job most people don't want. Most people give cops no credit for the good work they do but are quick to raise hell if they see some slanted story on the news.

JawnDiablo - 9-22-2006 at 05:44 PM

oh when i said that, i meant that daniel faulkner was a close family of a someone i used to work fot not mumia mushmouth

newbreedbrian - 9-22-2006 at 09:34 PM

if a cop tells you to do something, fucking do it. that hardly looked excessive to me. pushing a cop and resisting arrest, great idea fucktard. it's a poorly shot video and we don't know all the details but he gets no sympathy from me. i've dealt with a couple really shitty cops, but most are pretty cool if you're decent with 'em. that's a tough job and i have nothing but respect for decent cops.

upyerbum - 9-22-2006 at 09:46 PM

Who doesn't know if you shove a cop, you're goin to the ground?
