house for sale

this is my house. It is for sale. It is listed at 96,900. in Lorain Ohio. the city is a ltitle depressed from manufacturing and poor city management. We have alot of houses for sale so the market is making it hard to sell. I am selling to finish school and save some money. we got a property to rent and they are willing to hold it for a while. This house needs to sell quick and just for what we owe.

I'm not trying to hit any of you up at all with this house. I just thought this would make for discussion. What would a 2 bedroom ranch go for in you neighborhood. I know some are in Philly, NYC, Denver, etc. I am watching shows on channels about selling houses and 2 bedroom ranches in HOLLYWOOD and LA are seling for over $700,000. Thats just nutts. I am looking to unload the house and make no profit. I know thats bad investing but my real investment is getting through schoool at a old ass age.

I live in a suburban neighborhood in Rhode Island. Its about 15 minutes from Providence. Less than an hour from Boston and its about 2 minutes from the commuter rail train that goes to Boston.

That house in my neighborhood would probably be $200,000-$250,000 depending on the inside, the size of the back yard and if it needed any work at all.

Depending on where you were in the city that place would go for anywhere between 100,000 and 175 000 Cdn. in Halifax/Dartmouth. Which is approx. 85-150 American.

damn man
move to uniontown
my house is almost 3000 sq feet with the basement and full attic and we paid 75...
and it's pretty damn nice

that house here close to 45g's

45 minutes to downtown pittsburgh
to far to be a suburb but far enough not to deal with the suburbs

Does it have a basement? Houses in Australia don't have basements, it sucks.

Ya it has a basement.I fiinshed it off. Howveer when you sell a house you can't add the basement into square footage. Its like a bonus if its finished off.

I live out on Long Island and I would venture to say that the house would be somewhere in the mid 300's...That's a nice lookin' place. The basement is a huge plus

Looks like a real nice place, if that was in my street I reckon it'd go for about $375,000 to $400,000.
