pretty sure it's once per browser.
meaning if you have explorer, opera and firefox, you could vote three times, but i think that would be it.

I sent them to my girlfriend at work. She works at a shelter for battered women and children. They sometimes have self-esteem seminars for the clients and use things like this. Thought you should know they will be put to some good use.
