Went to see Murphys Law in Philly years ago. I was sick as fuck. I had to have someone drive me to the show. I promised my friend who was playing in ML at the time, that I'd go. So... This band opens up but I didnt quite get the name of the band. Kinda short fella doing vocals. Sounded a lot like Paul Bearer and for the fucking life of me all night I was trying to draw the conclusion if that was him or not (having never seen sheer terror). Sounded a lot like him. And this mystery band played a hell of a set. But no merch, no disc, nothing. I found out later the band was Joe Coffee and that was indeed Paul Bearer. Thats how I stumbled onto Joe Coffee. I was pleased.

Thats awesome! I'm sure you and I have been to the same shows already more than once. That was definitely a hell of a night.

i saw joe coffee twice in germany this year. both intense and great shows.one time paul was in a good mood the other in a really bad cause a friend of him died that day.absolutely great man , i love him.
i saw sheer terror about ten times in several years, they were always great as joe coffee is today.
hope to hear new songs soon.
paul, come back to germany soon, please .
