Take I 495/LIE to exit 56, which is route 111. Take SR 111/Wheeler Road North. SR 111 changes names to Hauppauge Road, continue North over SR 347 and
into Smithtown Village. SR 111 ends at Main Street/SR 25. Cross over Main Street/SR 25A East and take the left fork onto Nissequogue River Road. The
Smithtown Masonic Temple will be immediately on your left on Nissequogue River Road.
From SR 25--Jericho Turnpike/Middle Country Road/Main Street:

State of Disgrace is Mike, the singer. Slob Dylan is Richie, the guitar player.
