Actually the gas is gone fairly quickly if you follow directions on how to decontaminate. I'd say it's about a half hour or so to totally feel alright
again. That shit is nowhere as nasty as OC. They make sure you know exactly what your doing to someone when you blast em with that shit. When we were
going through our training, they showed photos and explained different scenarios, one happend to be someone who got an excessive and point blank shot
of the shit, it ended up causing permanant blindness. His eyes were almost completely removed because of the damage. He kept em, but they were almost
completely black, almost like frostbite looks. Nasty stuff it is, when you get zapped, it's serious business.
