i always thought i should write reviews of things.

"buy this, its pretty ok"
or
"fuck this cd. it blows"
and so on............

crazyfists28 - 2-21-2007 at 03:55 PM

I just wish they had talked to a few other bands/people. It would've been nice to hear from Negative Approach, Meatmen, Big Boys, Necros, etc.

I think some of the bands were omitted due to legal issues. I saw this at some yuppie indie theatre in Chicago with like 25 chairs and sat next to some insane schizophrenic lady.

I just finished watching it and Im a little dissapointed. There were A LOT of bands that I really wanted to hear (more) from. There was definitly coverage of a bunch of bands missing and some others were over covered.

I wanted to see some interviews with....
D.R.I.
Negative Approach
Poison Idea
Negative FX

I was surprised that there were no interviews with...
FEAR
The Misfits (except Bobby Steel)
Dead Kennedys
Germs
Dave Grohl (Scream)

To much L.A. not enough Boston (or midwest)
To much Harley Flanagan

Hi-lights....
Corrosion of Conformity
The footage of DYS playing a song from 'the metal record'
Seeing what a jackass Springa looks like
Stigmas collection of junk at NYHC Tattoo

good stuff i enjoyed the stuff on bad brains. Thought it was funny that they interviewed h r outside some wedding.

my favorite part was Stigma's junk collection. he's a trip.
He reminded me of Granpa Gino from South Philly with that hat and all.
I'm glad I own it
It is good
