mumia

gavin - 3-28-2007 at 12:56 PM

i just read that his final appeal or some shit is coming up in may.
there is all these events happening to go along with it.
i aint tryin to be a prick here but can they just kill this fool already?
its been like 150 years since he killed that cop.
and he did indeed shoot that cop.

JUICE MAYNE MSHC - 3-28-2007 at 01:17 PM

I can't wait til they put him to sleep.

gavin - 3-28-2007 at 01:27 PM

the thing that bugs me alot about him is how he has become this poster child for the anti-death penalty people.
im not knocking the veiws of these people
i just wish they would pick a better case to use as their "figurehead" so to speak.
pick someone who may actually be inocent as this piece of shit is not

JawnDiablo - 3-28-2007 at 01:46 PM

I saw this post and was hoping somebody killed him in prison.
Fuck that piece of shit and all the pussies that rally behind him.
And fuck the news media for giving him so much attention.
The cop HE killed is a relative of a family I was friends with years ago.
Frying time...

Voodoobillyman - 3-28-2007 at 03:14 PM

Fuck him and all his supporters

It's amazing that so many people care about this degenerate piece of shit, yet make no mention of the police officer he murdered. That police officer was working to protect and serve the public, but nobody seems to care.

Of course, people in the punk scene got all into this because people like Biafra talked about the case. I agree with a lot of things Biafra has said over the years, but this ain't one of them.

If somebody kills a cop, I think the police should get to choose and enact the punishment. These people put their asses on the line every single day, often to protect complete bastards who don't deserve it. Theirs is often a thankless job, which is fucked up. I've never joined the whole "fuck the police" mentality of much of the punk scene because I'm thankful those people are there every day.

Every single person screaming in support of Mumia should get a billy club upside the head.

gavin - 3-28-2007 at 04:00 PM

there's this story about how sonny barger and the oakland hells angels went to a 'nam protest to "counter protest" the hippies yelling about the war and whatnot
i love that story and always think about getting up a group of my thug friends and going to something like these events to "counter protest"

Yeah that shit is true, he took the Oakland Chapter and rolled into a hippie anti war protest at Berkley. The hippies thought the Angels were there to show support on their side until the first hippie caught an angel hock to the cocksucker, I guess the cops who were there to keep the hippies in line had to regroup and protect the stinkin bastards from a bunch of pissed off Angels. Barger actually drafted and sent a letter to the Whitehouse not long after offering the services of a select group of Angels as "crack guerillas" to infiltrate deep into enemy territory in Nam and conduct black ops. Funny, funny stuff. I love Barger, he is quite the interesting fella with many tales to tell. I think that is a splendid idea of yours Bad Vibes, you should do it, film it, you tube it and then post it here.

I for one can't stand them protestin type punks you see stinking outside the wooden shoe book store in philly. i say stinking outside because they smell bad.really.some of these shit heads will jump on whatever radical bandwagon comes along. if they had jobs they'd have less time to protest and shoot their mouths off. like that dude who ran the one WKDU punk show. that dude has himself up on a pedestal as a super human for being so against just about everything. Look at it this way, if Mumia didn't do it, and we know he did, he sure as hell knows who did doesn't he?

on a funnier note, back in the 70s, my girlfriend's dad was a singer in a reggae band called Philly Gumbo. He met Mumia and the schmidlack said he didn't like him or something because he could sing like a black man. he no likey the whitey.

gavin - 3-28-2007 at 05:46 PM

which dude on kdu?
that john pole or john paul whatever his name is dude?
fuck that fool

Siczine.com - 3-28-2007 at 06:01 PM

The judicial system in this country is laughable at best. If this dude was in Texas he would've been dead a decade ago.

DaveMoral - 3-28-2007 at 06:18 PM

This is where I catch heat, because FUCK the Philly judicial system. Have you READ the transcripts from the trial? No way Mumia ever got a fair trial here, the whole time there was heat because he was a one time Black Panther and a supporter of MOVE, an "uppity nigger" as the good ole boys call 'em. Not to mention half the witnesses from the first time around have recanted their testimony saying they were bribed or muscled to say what the did, and then of course there's witnesses who saw something entirely different. Oh yeah, and let's not forget that the calibre bullet found in Danny Faulkner was NOT the same calibre as Mumia's pistol, yet the bullet in Mumia was the same calibre as his own gun. C'mon, you guys gotta be fucking kidding me.

All love to the Faulkners, but let's really do the forensics and find the real killer instead of scape goating an ex-Black Power activist.

dude, just stop before we start
i have read quite a bit on this
was the police systen in philly at the time racist?
probably
was he found guilty because of that?
no

AND in short.....
it was PROVEN that the bullet was one in the same after some thought that it was not

i'll find the facts on the bullet if need be
i'd rather not though

im not one who believes everything the cops or the govt or whoever says just because they say it
but i KNOW this piece of shit killed daniel falkner

he is no hero
he is a racist scumbag who gives a bad name to "activists" everywhere(its funny how its always pointed out how racist the "system": is but its never pointed out what an outright racist mumia is)

again, i will provide facts to back all these claims that i have made up
but i would rather not

ill say this..............
retrial is fine by me
so that way he can be proven once and for all that he is guilty and they can kill him and get it over with

fuck him and fuck the people who support his cop murdering ass

gavin - 3-28-2007 at 07:00 PM

ya know what, forget everything i just wrote
i know where this is gonna go and i dont wanna have this debate on here cuz it could get ugly and im not looking to do that with anyone on this board

Siczine.com - 3-28-2007 at 07:06 PM

Yeah, this is a sticky situation. Shit you'd be better off talking about politics than this.

morgan - 3-29-2007 at 12:52 AM

Funny, I really don't like cops but I think this fucker should fry.

tireironsaint - 3-29-2007 at 01:07 AM

I think they need to get this shit over with and fry his ass. From what I know of the case, he clearly killed the guy. I'm not gonna go into the whole issue of the victim being a cop, because that gets into tricky territory. Obviously we need people to do the job, there's enough scum on the streets even with cop cars prowling all over. At the same time though, it's an easily abused position of power that leads to brutality and corruption on a fairly regular basis, which is why I think it's tricky territory. I just really hate the whole mentality that says punishment should be harder for someone who commits a crime against a cop because I don't see how they are any different from other people. If a person commits a crime, they should be punished accordingly no matter who the victim was or what they did for a living, and no matter who the criminal is, meaning rich/poor/black/white/cop/whatever.

DaveMoral - 3-29-2007 at 06:13 PM

Yeah, the other thing is that in Philly at the time the PD was one of the most corrupt and brutal police departments in the country. May have topped the LAPD. There were 3 FBI investigations going on at the time, and Rizzo(the commish at the time) had been brought before the Supreme Court along with other higher ups for corruption etc. Hell, cops were killed presumably by other cops and/or mafia after the whole Mumia/Faulkner incident to keep things hush hush about corruption. A guy came forward at one point in this case saying he shot Danny Faulkner along with the business partner of Billy Cook(Mumia's brother) claiming they were hired to do it for the mob to keep him quiet about police corruption. So there's a running theory that department elements and mob elements wanted to silence Danny before he said something to the FBI.

It's definitely tricky territory. The evidence seems pretty clear cut, but there are things that just foul all of it up when you get to guys coming forward and admitting guilt and NOT being allowed by the police department to testify. Not to mention differing accounts between Billy Cook's assault trial(for the fight he got in with Officer Faulkner that led to the shooting) and what was said at Mumia's trial by the prostitute that claimed she saw Mumia do it.

I don't want to argue about it, but there are some fishy things with this case and I do think alot of this stuff needs to be looked into rather than just poo-pooed.

necrobutcher - 3-29-2007 at 07:25 PM

On a side note, a friend of mine who used to live in West Phila. told me that there was graffiti from the remaining MOVE members that said if Mumia burns, Philadelphia burns. I would love to write it off as shit talking but with how much money they got from the settlement with the city, they can afford to wreck some havoc. Plus, if they are half as smart as I think they are, they would hit the financial district and that area.

The same friend told me that if they do execute Mumia, she's getting out of town for a few days.

Scary shit.

Siczine.com - 3-29-2007 at 07:29 PM

Philadelphia is already burning to the ground.

I hear you. As much fun as it is to go, the day to day grind and all the bad energy in the air drove me nuts. Then again, I did grow up in the woods.

Ironically, after 2 years in the city I did not get into one altercation (thankfully) and a week after I moved home some dumbass picked a fight with a friend of mine when we went to a bar. Fucked up world.

JawnDiablo - 3-29-2007 at 08:01 PM

From what I was told they are still around and still show up trying to recruit new followers. All else given, idiots with assault rifles and explosives are still dangerous. Hopefully, it's all shittalking but who knows?

I'm heading to Portland Oregon next summer, God willing. My wife's from there, she misses her fam, Philly costs waaay too much and look at the fuckin' murder rate!

JawnDiablo - 3-30-2007 at 10:59 AM

the murder rate in Phila is throught the roof. And the price is out of this world for even an apartmnent in philly or the surrounding burbs in a stable neighborhood.
Portland Oregon is real nice from what i am told too.

DaveMoral - 3-30-2007 at 11:39 AM

Portland's great. Cheapest city on the west coast too.

JawnDiablo - 3-31-2007 at 12:04 PM

Go Philly!
If we can't be # 1 in pro sports, might as well have the highest murder rate on the east coast!
Although the Phillies may be good this year.....

Siczine.com - 3-31-2007 at 03:29 PM

Can't wait for Monday, I really hope the Phils can muster up a playoff run.

morgan - 3-31-2007 at 05:40 PM

Sorry but what the fuck is MOVE?

BDx13 - 3-31-2007 at 10:47 PM

oh, it's a HIGHLY entertaining part of Philly's history.

you need to read this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MOVE

Not saying I have a better option except NOT to burn down the neighborhood. I also probably wouldn't have fired thousands of rounds into the house.

gavin - 4-1-2007 at 09:14 AM

when faced with a situation like move, im not sure there are too many options of how to handle things
