Sounds like a weak version of Burn. At least they have the decency to list Burn as their first influence. I guess it's not terrible, but definitely not my thing. I probably woulda dug this if it had come out about 15 years ago and I heard it then.

SON OF A GUN THAT SHIT RULES.

NOW THAT IS SOMETHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT. SERIOUSLY. THEY SOUND GREAT. Added them and will be giving them props.

That music is awsome. I so wanted to hate on them for that stupid name, but wow that shit rips.

clevohardcore - 3-29-2007 at 11:11 PM

WOW. YEAH ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!

Discipline - 3-29-2007 at 11:23 PM

I say thee nay.

newbreedbrian - 3-29-2007 at 11:26 PM

i'm kind of on the fence. i actually listened to all the songs, which tells me i didn't hate it. there's a hint of old dag nasty in there which is probably what kept me listening. not too bad overall, and at least it sounds sincere unlike alot of new bands i hear these days. i wouldn't go out of my way to find it, but i'd listen to a full album.

thedog - 3-29-2007 at 11:28 PM

yeah

^^^^^^ Admit it. Its good.

MyOwnWay - 3-30-2007 at 08:34 AM

I voted Yeah. I've spoken to them a few times and they get the 'good dudes' tag. I liked their demo songs, alot. I heard a new jam on Rivalrys site and I wasnt feelin' it so much. But I have faith.

moron - 3-30-2007 at 09:49 AM

sounds good to me.

stateofdisgrace - 3-30-2007 at 10:38 AM

I voted Yeah, too. They are pretty good......

DaveMoral - 3-30-2007 at 10:45 AM

I so wanted to say no... but I have to admit I like what I'm hearing and I'm interested in their seeming Rasta leanings and some of the bands they are playing with on some shows.

Reminds me of a TON of shit that came in the 90s that I listed to all the time. Not so sure I'd buy the record, but I like what I hear.

DaveMoral - 3-30-2007 at 10:51 AM

Shit, I just looked up Lion of Judah... I likes them.

I have the CD, its got the mad notes

moron - 3-30-2007 at 12:45 PM

The name Lion of Judah annoys me so I never checked them out. Im gonna have to get past that and give them a shot.

Gooch - 3-30-2007 at 03:22 PM

I've been listening to this demo for about a month and freaking love it. Yes, its total Burn worship, but there's nothing wrong with that.

Lion of Judah fucking rules. Sort of has a Burn feel as well, but probably more of a Swiz influence than anything. These guys have been one of my favorite bands over the last few years and they keep getting better and better. I suggest everyone to go over to the Youngblood Records site and buy the Lp.

clevohardcore - 3-30-2007 at 03:50 PM

Never hear LION OF JUDAH

That's it. Was drivin me crazy, right on the tip of my brain.
I too listened to all the songs, don't know what to say, didn't suck. It could grow on me.

Discipline - 3-30-2007 at 06:22 PM

I guess I wasn't too into it bacause I was never a fan of Burn.
