can anyone help me by tracing a LOW res image so I can use it as a HI res one?

Thats the image I need redone. XnmeX did it for me awhile back, but I lost the one he did

I know its not as hard as it looks becuase he just did ONE hockey stick and pasted over the others or something. Im not familiar with flash (or any other ways to do this). I want to be able to use it for a Tshirt graphic so any help would be appreciated!

Image is a 2 color and is at 300dpi. 6" x 6" inches.

I appreciate it a lot, only problem is that the way you did it, it came out to be 2 colors and I need it as a White on Black so it can be a one color Tshirt design. Im sorry!!!
