Since having a kid, getting up early is a no brainer. We get up every day at 5:30. On Fridays the girls sleep in and I get up to workout at 5:00.

I now have to be at work at 5 a.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays. It's not so bad considering my workday is done at 1 unless, of course, I'm working both

when I dont have to work until 11:30 am I usually sleep in until 10:00 so I have enough time to shower and drink some coffee and what not. When I dont
work Im usually up at 8-9. I like spending as much time up on my days off as possible. I would hate having to get up any earlier , probably why I dont

get the daughter up for school at 6, try to lay back down till 7:30, then get the son up and off to school and the first employees get here at 9. work
