Twice, sometimes thrice. In fact, I'm usually crazy regular. Set your watch by my bowel movements dude. You can bet on most days that I'm going
between 9:30 and 10 AM, then again around 1 or 2, then maybe after dinner.

I'm usually a once a dayer, but have been crapping more frequently as of late. 2 or 3 times most days this week for some reason.
