Just don't get out of the circle or you'll lose the beat.
This dude HAS to be embarassed now.
I take it that you've never seen Another State Of Mind before?CR83 - 6-6-2007 at 05:07 PM
nope. I was viewing clips from the movie like the one where ness was doing his hair and putting on his make up. I just felt that clip was just
awkward/embarassing.Discipline - 6-6-2007 at 05:27 PM
I love a good circle pit.tireironsaint - 6-6-2007 at 05:54 PM
That was always the way it was for me coming up in the scene. Somewhere in the early 90s everybody forgot how to dance and just started shoving
towards the stage and "body surfing" like a bunch of fucking idiots. I hate that shit just as much as the ninja bullshit. I can see how this clip must
seem weird to people who came up in the 90s or later, but that's really a pretty accurate example of what dancing used to be like and if it was still
possible to go to a show and dance, I'd probably do a lot more of it.upyerbum - 6-6-2007 at 06:51 PM
Nothing like a good circle. I always felt like I was dancing around a fire.clevohardcore - 6-6-2007 at 07:00 PM
Dude is just given advice to new people coming in to the scene. This was shto along time ago when things were much better in the scene. I wish shows
were still like that.upyerbum - 6-6-2007 at 07:38 PM

It was ritualistic, really, without being defined as such. When you were a young kid at your first show, working up the courage to jump into the pit.
A rite of passage almost.beaner - 6-8-2007 at 11:32 AM

Unfortunately, me too. My body is so busted up and falling apart that if I even get near a pit I'll likely end up in the hospital.upyerbum - 6-8-2007 at 05:12 PM
I've usually ot two or three songs in me before I start suckin' wind through my asshole.
