another random man with a bat. The news only showed the footage after he hit him in the head. Apparently he walked up to a unsuspecting person and hit him in the back of the head with a bat. And calmly walked away. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE?

Maybe he wasnt really mentally disabled, maybe he did something to that persons family or life in some way. Who knows.
