I just got over a real bad sinus infection. Then when I started to feel better I had a shit load of fluid creep in my ears which annoyed me all last

There's this shit called "Simply Saline" I use sometimes, its just salt water in a pressurized can and you blast it up one nose hole til it comes out
the other one, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. That Flo-nase shit works sometimes too, but its steroid based so I try to stick to the
saline. Short of that, try mixing a teaspoon of salt, teaspoon of baking soda, and 2 cups of water and fire it up your nose. I've had sinus problems
