ha it's funny I have this exact issue (my older brother gave me a lot of his comics) but I just don't know jack shit about them, but I do keep them in
acid free sleeves.

there is a couple sweet things to cross off your list.
i also have those (except mine are not as nearly as nice as yours thats for sure)
