Im in the process of going off one of my anti-depressants and on a new one so im all fucked up. Just hearing the phone ring makes me want to punch a
hole in the wall. I dont know how much more I can take of this..

I'm not suggesting you do this, but I had to off my meds completely cuz they were FUCKING me up severely, crazy dreams, I was just totally
disconnected, so I flushed them all down the toilet 2 years ago. Now I just do the herb.

within the next couple weeks I'll have 4 days off so with the time if my body is still reliant on the old meds im gonna stop taking it all together
and deal with the withdrawl of it. I wont completely stop taking all my meds they do help alot its just this one that fucks with me.
