Doing my first 5k run for the season. Fall is a big time for our little running group. In fact, I have created a running team. We are the www.Ispycareers.com Running Team. Four of us are running tomorrow. Our first big group run is on 9/8. It is a run to raise money for the United
Way.
Tomorrow's run raises money for a Head Trauma group here locally in STL.
I have been running 2 miles at lunch and then 2 at night when my daughter goes to sleep. 3.1 will be good tomorrow and it is a flat course. My
neighborhood is very hilly so it will be a nice change.

Awesome dude. I hope to one day be able to run that much. You get to do something you like and raise money for some good causes, what more could you
ask for. Let us know how it goes.
