Its no secret I am doing this compilation thing. But some of the bands got (what feels like) a million responces, and some received, well, not enough.

I am not putting this out anywhere else but on here, so please dont disappoint. I am listing the bands that need a bit more love. Pick one, pick two, and write something up for them. Post it here, email or myspace. Doesnt matter.

Agnostic Front
Ambitions
Bring Out Your Dead
Deathcycle
Everyday Dollars
Ignite
Last Of The Believers
One 4 One
Pulling Teeth
Skare Tactic
Subhoodz
Wisdom In Chains

here's my agnostic front story..............

i was in 9th grade. i was a metal dork with little clue about much. i met my first "punk" friends early that year. it was 1986 or 87. i forget
anyway, this dude jamie was the first skinhead i ever knew. we had study hall together and would talk alot. he says to me one day......"you like slayer and all that ill get ya some stuff to check out"
the next day he brought me a blank tape with the label torn off. it was a little kids tape that he had taken from his little sister, put tape over the slots on top, and taped me some records.
one side was the bad brains and the cro mags.
the other was agnostic front victim in pain and cause for alarm

i still remember that first time i listened to that A.F. tape.
it litterally changed everything for me.
everything i thought i knew was thrown out the window and a new order had taken over.
that shit changed my life and thought process into a state which contiues to this day, some 21 years later.

thats my story
ummmmmm yeah

was dude you are refering to, the skin dude, did he used to walk up state road and cut through the cemetery on the way to school? have a black tattoo of somethin on his back of calf? if so i used to walk the same way as him and see him each morning. kinda stuck out amongst the rest of the UD goons...

So......
I had this friend when I was in like 9th grade or something. His brother was a dust head and lived in the garage. Dude was a real jack ass. His name was Adam. Adam liked drugs like dust a lot. One Friday night I somehow ended up in his garage while waiting on his brother to get us beer. Adam wanted money for dust so he sold me some vinyl. Sold me AF Live at CBGB, Black Flag Damaged, Minor Threat S/T, Slayer Live Undead (on a picture disc). Got a steal of a deal that night. All them records were great. It took a year or so for Hardcore and stuff to really grow on me. It mighta been the first time I heard Sick Of It all Blood Sweat and no tears. but before that we all were into misfits, serial killers, black flag and metal stuff.
