Yo. Download "Audacity", its freeware from the great Steve Harris, download the plugins and you can do anything to anything, make sure you get the
lame encoder plugin, that's the one you need for MP3's, but if you want fire me an e-mail and I'll do it for you. Also if you burn it to a CD you can
rip it back to your computer as MP3 using the new version of Windows Media Player, just check your settings under RIP and make sure its set to MP3,
the new version actually gives you some halfass options too.
