How to Sign Someone Up on E-mail Lists

We used to be able to this "back in the day" but does anyone know how to sort of, oh, I don't know sign someone up for shitty e-mails?

The reason I ask is that we have a Recruiter in our office who reached out to a candidate about a job based on his publicly listed resume:

PLEASE STOP EMAILING ME AND DO IT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I AM NOT INTERESTED YOU STUPID FUCKING BITCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a fuckin' prick. I don't know of an easy way to get a lot of really bad ones all at once, but you could certainly go to some shady sites and sign up with that address manually. Any of those "get a free laptop (or whatever)" ads they have on myspace and shit will provide tons of places to sign up on mailing lists. You also might go to white power and fucked up porn sites and see if there's places to sign up.

yeah, you'd probably have to do it manually.
