Thorp and Sailor's Grave Board

Best movie on-going series...

XHonusWagnerX - 10-29-2007 at 01:25 PM

All the talk about the SAW series got me thinking about all the other series of movies. I think for it to constitue a series there has to be at least 3 movies.

What are some of your favorites?

Jason the Magnificent - 10-29-2007 at 01:28 PM

James Bond...bar none for quality and volume

clevohardcore - 10-29-2007 at 01:32 PM

DIEHARD. ALways good stuff.

BDx13 - 10-29-2007 at 01:40 PM

Lord of the Rings.

I also enjoy the Ocean's 11 and Bourne Identity series. James Bond is a good answer, too.

:edit: is this actually on going though? I have heard about a possible 4th one but never heard anything concrete.

MyOwnWay - 10-29-2007 at 04:04 PM

Jason Bourne movies without a doubt.

There's been rumors back and forth, Bruce Campbell even talked about them making another one with him as well as a remake with Stifler from American Pie to finance part 4. I've been hearing stuff about both of those movies for years now, so who knows.

Alien
James Bond
Bourne
Oceans 11
Indiana Jones
Star Wars
Die Hard

Oh no, scrap X3 in your mind... X-Men Origins: Wolverine is going to be the SHIT!

Yes, that's the title announced last week. Me thinks it'll be scaled back to Wolverine by the time for release. And when they do that the posters better have the traditional "Wolverine" script from the comic covers or I'm gonna be pissed.

My favorite movies series' go like this. Star Wars, LOTR, Wong Fei Hung(also known as One Upon A Time In China starring Jet Li), Evil Dead(dudes, they are doing alot with Ash and comic books right now. Upcoming comic is Ash vs Freddy vs Jason and they've already done Ash vs Marvel Zombies), Spiderman, Indiana Jones, Lone Wolf and Cub(samurai flicks also known as Shogun Assassin in 2 parts that were each editted together 3 Lone Wolf and Cub movies)

Here are mine since I started the thread and never mentioned any!

Star Wars
Indiana Jones
Scream
Halloween
Saw
Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Evil Dead
Spider-Man

Go check out Showcase Comics on South Street dude. There's currently a zombie series out called "Walking Dead" that I hear is really good.

I'm looking forward to this. I was in 3 Commando, the unit he was in. I also broke my arm and had a steel plate put in, not a full skeleton but its a start. I'm all about Wolverine.
