I can't get into Time Is The Enemy, sounds way too much like Oll Blood for me and ruins it. Its a fuckin good album but I get hung up on the No Warning rip off way too much and just go listen to the real thing instead.

As for under the radar, maybe since Canadian bands rarely got noticed in the US. Check out these rock bands.
