Did anyone catch this show? It was a pretty typical deal about the Skins. Apparently there has been a big uptick in WP stuff in the US. That surprises me.

They mentioned the usual suspects like Skrewdriver and Resistance Records but I was unaware of MDS (maryland skins and their record label called Label 56)

Funny this was posted, I read something in the paper today about a church in the US headed by neo-nazis and how they took down all their swastikas and imagery so they could be more pallatable to the mainstream, to get their foot in the door if you will for more people.

i did some googling and reading and the only thing that i found was he allegedly had ties to white power groups. apparently it has been brought up many times in the past and has been debunked each time. most of what i found was to the tune of

"well, if he is an't racist or a white supremacist, then why do so many racists and white supremacists support him?"

a lot of people don't like Ron Paul because he won't get in line with the flock. so, the easiest way to get the Chinese Whispers rolling is to call him a racist.

the crazy thing about our society is that you can call someone a racist or a rapist and the burden of proof is instantly transferred to the one being accused, instead of the accuser.

The wife and I caught a little bit of this last week and we where both like, 'WTF, these people still exist?' The last run in I had with skins where ACS skins and that was atleast 15-16 years ago.

As for the Ron Paul thing, I haven't seen any evidence that he supports racism or white supremacy, but lots of white supremacists do support him... and I've read several of the "Ron Paul in bed with white supremacists" articles. I'm not going to vote for him, but it's not because Don Black from Stormfront sent him $500 or because Stormfront has links to Ron Paul's website... I'm not going to vote for him because I'm not a libertarian.

I saw this one doc with this dude who's just all clean cut, and by that I mean clean cut by mainstream America's standards NOT the skinhead version of clean cut, with slacks and a tucked in button down shirt and all that.
