I just made my first purchase using the itunes store and the whole album is fucked. Every song starts at the end of the last, so one track ends then
plays the beginning of the next which goes quite and cuts out, then it starts full volume 10-15 seconds into that next track. Anyone had this problem
before?

Ive only bought 1 track from iTunes and didnt have a problem, but Apple customer service is usually really good so if you contact them I bet they can
help.

what is the album?
sounds like the problem is with how track markers were set up in the disc.
all apple does is rip tracks as they are right off the disc.
