First of all, thanks for sending the World Series trophy up our way for viewing (that thing gets its own seat on the plane). Second, I'm gonna' jump
on random's bandwagon here and ask for some travel advice. I'm gonna' be in Boston for a couple of days with the family (I'm also gonna' be in
attendance for DKM at Tsonga's) and we're gonna' be checking out museum's and the like. Any recommendations? Kid friendly and science related is
always great. I know there's a couple places like that here but they aren't exactly tourist attractions and you might not know about them if you
weren't local.XHonusWagnerX - 1-8-2008 at 10:20 PM
I would definitly say the MUSEUM OF SCIENCE, the BOSTON AQUARIUM and the MUSIUM OF FINE ARTS. Those are all well known and probably 'touristy', but
they are great places.XnMeX - 1-8-2008 at 10:48 PM

I agree with the MUSEUM OF SCIENCE and BOSTON AQUARIUM... Never been to the museum of fine arts. I need to go though. Those are the main "family"
type atractions in Boston.
There are 2 Zoos in / around Boston as well. Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo. Not really Zoo weather though and I am not sure if they are year
round.Furly - 1-8-2008 at 11:12 PM

If I were to walk to the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston
Well, first I'd go to the room where they keep the Cezanne
Boston seems like a cool place, I'm debating looking into a 3-4 month placement thereupyerbum - 1-9-2008 at 09:33 AM
Thanks guys, the hookers are for when I'm flyin' solo . The Science
Museum sounds right up our alley, the aquarium as well.
Lionel, my sis-in-law is an RN down there, she works for one of the air-evac's, I could pick her brain if you like.moforn - 1-9-2008 at 08:26 PM
That'd be awesome if you could Geoff, can't really commit to anything right now but I'm seriously looking into travel nursing for the next couple
years and Boston is near the top of my list.upyerbum - 1-9-2008 at 08:46 PM
No sweat. She's worked all over the States. I'll pass along your "vitals" to her. XHonusWagnerX - 1-9-2008 at 09:11 PM

I've never been there, but a friend went with his wife and two kids and they enjoyed themselves.upyerbum - 1-10-2008 at 07:16 PM
I appreciate all the input, if any of you are ever in my neck of the woods, don't hesitate. I want to plan it so we hit one or two things a day and
aren't running our asses off.Dave - 1-11-2008 at 07:55 AM
