Thats unreal... I really dont get it. How can they both not just be arrested for sale of and possesion of Crystal Meth?? This brings the 'suing because I burned myself on the HOT coffee I ordered' to a totally new level!

^^^^^^^^ They would be 2 seperate legal issues, but the Possession wopuld be brought up by the state and NOT the dealer.

I'm calling one of them lawyers on TV and sueing every dealer off of 27th and thompson in North Philly, the pagans motorcycle club, all my old dirtbag friends, living, deceased, and incarcerated...fuck I'm even going to sue the beastie boys...I'll buy you each something nice if I can cash in on this....
