Farting at the gym
Man, I had some SERIOUS gas at the gym this morning. I'm eating spinach twice a day now and the gas it gives me is incredible on top of what creatine
and joggin already give me.
It was painful man. It was the real hot and thick ones too. Poor gal on the treadmill next to me. She learned a valuable lesson this morning.
Never pick a treadmill next to someone if you can avoid it.
