I'm down 3.6!
In the past three days, I am down 3.6. Must be post half marathon bs. My diet was fucked for the first two days of the week. I'm back on track
using www.calorie-count.com.
My goal is to be 174-176 by July. I'm at 184.4 right now. Boo yeah!
I lost half a tow nail this week to. Apparently that is somewhat common with running so much.
