Shrimp tacos
Made some bad ass shrimp tacos tonight. Simple, fast, and healthy. Wild caught shrimp is best (I used precooked from the butcher to save time)...its
high in nutrients and low in calories. First time making it and the shit come out great. Man I fuckin love to cook

How do you make em? Do you shread the shrimp or use them whole and line them up in the shell?

ewwww.... that sounds so gross to me. Im not real big on much seafood. I like the simple stuff like fish & chips, baked haddock, clam strips, clam
chowder & clam cakes. I think thats about it!

I get them deshelled...again just to save time. All you do with the shrimp is cut it nice and small. You can season any way you want, I like hot
food so I mix my favorite mexican hot sauce, chili powder, parsely, with a little bit of cinnamon and some fresh lemon juice in with the chopped
shrimp in a bowl. Take a small frying pan and throw in some cooking oil (Enova is my favorite brand www.enovaoil.com/) with fresh garlic, onions, and jalapenos (or whatever else you like). Let this simmer for a couple of minutes, be sure not to
over cook it, this is just to get the juices flowing from your pepper and onions. Throw in the shrimp and cook on medium for about 8-10 minutes. Now
for the sauce which is really simple. Just get a can of chipotle peppers, drain the juice into a bowl, then dice the peppers. Throw the peppers in
the bowl and mix with Non fat Plain yogurt. Plain yogurt is an excellent substitute for sour cream! Mix thoroughly and serve with your choice of
toppings/tortilla. Red cabbage goes great with it. Takes about 20 minutes total.
