Anheuser Busch and InBev

This whole thing sucks. I don't even drink anymore but I live in STL. AB is the identity of our town. This just sucks for us.

So this deal has gone through. I don't know how the brewer of Stella Artois can afford to buy the biggest beer company in the world.

first off, sorry about that whole "ab being the identity of your town" business. ;)

but this is how it goes now, right? america is owned by foreign countries and businesses.
although, inbev paid a hefty premium - 25% over AB's previous highest ever stock price.
i read they were gonna keep AB in STL, but people gotta be worried - inbev is known for aggressive cost cutting.

If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.

This was considered a "HOSTILE TAKEOVER" or as Phil Anselmo might say a "FUCKING HOSTILE" TAKEOVER.

Each aspect of the soul has it's own part to play, but the ideal is harmonious agreement with reason and control.

Maybe they'll change Budweiser into beer now.

They are known as "Fat Trimmers". One big problem is that AB contributes shit tons of money to charities in our town. InBev has no recorded charity donations on record for last year.

I bet Canadians same the same shit when Molson & Coors merged.

A lot of people ask me what kind of music I like. I love "soul music". My "soul music" isn’t a style, genre or niche. It’s music that is genuine. It’s a painful lyric, a dirty bassline, it’s a harrowing vocal, it’s feedback, it’s an anthem, it’s a love song, it’s anarchy. I’ve got my personal favourites but in the end it doesn’t matter who or where it comes from... so long as it’s good and it's real.
