How to make a banner ad?
if I have a jpg hosted on Photobucket, how can I post that picture somewhere (message board, Myspace etc) and have it link to a website when someone
clicks on the picture?

dunno much about html codes, but this should work, bro:
just replace the first direction with the site you want to link to and the second direction with the url provided by photobucket for the picture you
uploaded and want to use and you copy an paste your code into any forum or myspace or facebook or anything and the banner will appear on your post...
