High Blood Pressure
Anyone?
I'm sure a few of you.
I tested mine on a portable hospital type tester and had 146/92.
i eat fairly healthy.
hit the gym nearly every day.
but hella stress latley, and family history.

I had it for a while while I was really stressed out. Tried out a few different meds for it, but I suck at taking pills so I stopped.
Lately it's been fine though so I guess it just got under control.

I have high cholesterol and take meds, but it was even high when I was eating better and exercising. My dads is through the roof and my grandfathers
is high too.

blood pressure is normal - 120/80
heart hate is normal - 60 bpm
...despite being well overweight and dealing with cholesterol (which is currently down 100 points!)
my doc can't figure it out - he seriously takes my puse and blood pressure four or five times when i go in.
If I fail math, there goes my chance at a good job and a happy life full of hard work.
