Travelocity...........why must you be a pain in my ass?

anyone have any trouble booking a flight thru these guys?

we (Brian & I) booked three flights, for a trip in the fall, and two of the flights went thru fine, charged to my credit card a few days later, all good, one still hasn't gone thru, that was a week and a half ago now, and i keep getting confirmation emails from travelocity, about this one still, call this number, go thru their automated call thingy, enter the code etc. then i get another email from them, the same one i had before... i still don't know if the flight is technically booked or not.......
