I was reading about this today. Apparently the victim is now 45 years old, married with three children and she is opposing this prosecution because it
is ruining her life and dragging her name through the mud every time it comes up. She says that there is a political agenda behind the continued
prosecution. I'm not sure how I feel about this after reading that.
